I have in the last month, ok six weeks, been to the gym......ZERO times.
Sad I know. I put back on the 7 pounds I lost. Awesome.
So started over this week. Again, the rules are;
1. Get my fat ass to the gym
2. Stop eating crap
3. Be Dedicated
Stats; 145lbs size 13 (GAG)
I weigh easily 40 pounds more than you (after having NO children) how are we both a size 12???
